JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble S.C. Chaurasia,J.
Respondents are allowed four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
It has been brought to the notice of the court that in earlier three writ petition filed with regard to same area, interim order has been passed and dispossession has been stayed by this Court, copy of interim order has been filed as Annexure no. 11 to the writ petition collectively.
Accordingly, till the next date of listing, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the plot in question.
List on 5.7.2011 alongwith Writ Petition Nos. 2747 (MB) of 2004, Writ Petition No. 2755 (MB) of 2004 and Writ Petition No. 10865 (MB) of 1989.
