JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA) The counsel for the 4th respondent sought for and is allowed some more time to remove rest of the permanent and temporary structures, of which discussion was made earlier.
By the next date, if it is not removed, the Court may direct the Municipal Corporation to remove the encroachment and may order the 4th respondent to pay the cost of removal.
Post the matter on 16th December, 2010 within ten cases.
