After making submissions to some extent, Mr. Vyas, learned advocate for the applicant, has submitted that he seeks permission to withdraw this application with a view to approaching appropriate authority, including the Provident Fund Authority with his grievance about the alleged action of the opponent Corporation of not extending benefits of Provident Fund and Group Insurance.

The permission as sought for is granted.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
