The petitioner contends that undisputed mutation application is pending before the Assistant Commissioner, Awas Vikas Parishad, Allahabad in respect of house no. 692 area 43.26 meters situate in Yojna no. 2 Awas Vikas Colony, Jhunsi Allahabad.
Let the said claim of the petitioner be examined in accordance with law and in the event it has not been disposed of as yet the same shall be disposed of by the Assistant Commissioner, Awas Vikas Parishad, Allahabad as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before him.
