Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent University.
The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner as the petitioner was restrained to appear in back paper examination of LLB (Constitutional Law 2nd Paper) of second semester examination 2011-12 which was going to be held on 5th November, 2016 for the examination 2015-16.
In pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court dated 04.11.2016 permitting the petitioner to appear in back paper examination, subject to further orders to be passed by this Court, the petitioner appeared on 05.11.2016.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit enclosing therein a copy of the order of examination controller dated 04.11.2016 (SA-1) which clearly indicates that the result of the petitioner will not be published unless and until an order in the instant writ petition is passed by this Court.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and with the consent of counsels for the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Examination Controller to declare the result of the petitioner related to back paper of Constitutional Law (2nd paper) held on 5th November, 2016 and if the petitioner is successful in the said examination, the reasoned order, in accordance with law, be passed within a period of two weeks from date of presentation of the certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
