JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 to 4 from interfering in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 5 & 6.
2. In the connected matter in W.P(MD)No.13265 of 2015, this Court has passed the following order:

Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, Tanjavur / second respondent herein to survey and mark the boundaries, in respect of the property in question, after due notice to the petitioner as well as the contesting respondents, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.?
3. In view of the above, the prayer sought in W.P(MD)No.11608 of 2015 has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
