JUDGMENT / ORDER

Official Liquidator Report No. 37 of 2011 has been filed. The sale deed annexed along with the report, which is said to be mortgaged with Bank of Baroda, reveals that vendee is M/s Wings Commercial Private Limited and not the Company in liquidation. The Official Liquidator submitted that he may be allowed sometime for verification from the original sale deed.
List this case after two weeks. On that day, the Official Liquidator may also file the details of the assets and liabilities.
