JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today Advocates are abstaining from work. I have perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice need not issue to the respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Principal Judge Family Court, Allahabad to decide the Divorce Petition No. 862 of 2018 (Garima Srivastava Vs. Rohit Srivastava), U/S 13 and 27 Hindu Marriage Act, within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Principal Judge Family Court, Allahabad to consider and decide the aforesaid divorce petition in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
