Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.K.Kushwaha, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4 and Sri Udai Shanker Misra, learned counsel for respondent no.5.
The petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 30.6.2018, but till date his retiral dues has not been paid by the respondents neither he has received the benefit of 7th Pay Commission. In this regard he has earlier made representation, which is pending consideration.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order, to respondent no.1, he shall consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
