On the previous occasion when the case was listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to grant time to get instructions form his client. Today when the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite his best efforts, he could not get any instructions from his client.
In view of the above representation, the writ petition is closed on the ground of lack of instructions from the petitioner to the counsel for the petitioner. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
