(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) 1. This appeal is filed by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation challenging the judgment of the Small Causes Court, Ahmedabad in M.V.A. No.15177 of 1994 dated 24.12.1998.

2. From the record, we gathered that against GRV of Rs.20,272/-, adopted by the Corporation authorities, the Small Causes Court, by the impugned order, reduced to Rs.15,680/- for the assessment year 1993-94.

3. Difference is only Rs.5,000/- in valuation. Only on the ground of smallness of the effect, this appeal is not entertained and dismissed accordingly.
