1. RULE.
Ms. Jirga Jhaveri, learned APP waives service of Rule for respondent No.1-State.
The jail record shows that the petitioner was on bail pending trial but now, he is convicted. He is in prison for more than a month. Therefore, for filing an appeal, he may be released on parole for 15(fifteen)days with a condition that he shall not enter the limits of District: Surendranagar and that he shall disclose complete address of his stay during parole leave.
3. Leaned advocate for the petitioner states that during the period of parole leave, the petitioner is going to stay at village: Dhrol, District: Jamnagar. In view of such fact, the Jail Authority shall convey nearest police station to record presence of the petitioner.
4. In view of above, petition is partly allowed. Rule is made absolute to that extent.
Direct service is permitted.
