JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he has been placed under suspension for more that one year and disciplinary proceedings have not been concluded. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on a recent judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Ajai Kumar Chaudhary v. Union of India hrough its Secretary and another, JT 2015 (2) SC 487 wherein the Supreme Court has held that prolong suspension is an arbitrary action.
Let Chief Executive Officer, respondent no.2 file his personal affidavit in the matter on the next date.
Put up this case on 22.08.2016 as supplementary fresh.
