ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Vilas V. Afzulpurkar) Alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.06.2013 in WA.No.843 of 2013 in not conducing election process further, this contempt case is filed.
2. Both the learned counsel report that the election has since been conducted and the aforesaid order of this Court is complied with. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners states that nothing further survives for consideration in the contempt case.
The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
