The petitioner alleges thought no crime is registered against him before respondents 3 and 4 Police Stations, they are harassing by him.
Learned Government Pleader for Home has obtained instructions, which show that Crime No.132 of 2014 was registered against the petitioner before respondent No.4 Police Station. However, the subject matter of the said crime is pending adjudication before this Court in Crl.P.No.15085 of 2014.
The petitioner is one of the petitioners in it and this Court has already granted stay of all further proceedings so far as Accused Nos.1 and 2 are concerned. So far as respondent No.3 Police Station is concerned, the instructions do not show that any crime is registered against the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader submits that respondent No.3 Police Station is no way interfering with the rights of the petitioner.
Since Criminal Petition, referred to above, is pending and the petitioner has already been granted relief by way of interim orders, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
