The Court made the following ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“It is prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or direction, more in the nature of mandamus declaring action of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 from interfering and obstructing in day to day affairs of running the operation of manufacturing soil conditioner granules treating it as fertilizer as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violation of the fundamental rights guaranteed under the constitution of India consequently directing to release the goods seized and pass such other order or orders as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
At the hearing, it is admitted by the learned counsel for both parties that identical writ petition being W.P.No.7135 of 2010 has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 30.03.2010.
In view of the above, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order, with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.51403 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
