Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.7764 of 2019 (Gangeshwar Prasad Dwivedi v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, Shri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the opposite party has placed the no objection certificate dated 17.7.2019 issued by Dean, Santosh Paramedical and Allied Health Sciences, Ghaziabad, which is taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant. It is contended that along with said no objection certificate in case the applicant approaches to the University concerned, definitely the needful would be done in the matter.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
