Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ravi Singh Parihar, learned A.G.A. on behalf of State.
The applicant by means of this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to stay/set aside the effect an operation of the impugned order dated 20.02.2019 and further proceedings in Case Crime No. 807/2016, under sections 498-A, 304B, 302 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act in S.T. No. 159 of 2016 (State Vs. Gangesh Pratap Singh and others) pending in the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No. 1, District Sant Kabir Nagar.
After hearing the learned A.G.A. and after perusing the order impugned as well as material on record, this court is of the opinion that there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order.
This application lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
