Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondents.
The petitioner has preferred with the following prayers:-
"[I] Issue a direction to the learned court to decide the Suit No.335 of 2013 (Amar Singh Vs. Neelam & others) pending before learned Civil Judge (J.D.) City Farrukhabad, within stipulated period and fixed time by this Hon'ble Court as early possible if possible in three months."
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending since 2013, till date no decision has been final taken and prays for expeditious disposal Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (J.D.) City Farrukhabad, to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiouslybut certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
