Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the record.
From the recitals that have come to be made in the show cause notice dated 07.06.2019, it seems to have been issued in compliance of an order dated 22.09.2017 passed in Appeal No. T20161128014274.
From the perusal of the said order dated 22.09.2017 which has been filed as Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition, it appears that some inquiry was directed in respect of the order dated 21.01.2000 earlier passed in favour of the petitioner.
Before this Court proceeds to form any prima facie opinion, it is necessary to peruse the order dated 21.09.2000 referred to in the order dated 22.09.2017.
Let the matter be put up again before appropriate Bench on 03.09.2019 as fresh to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said order on record.
