ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed against order dated 28.08.2009 in Memo S.R.No.4300 of 2008 in O.S.No.344 of 2005 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District.
Mr. Ashok Reddy Kanathala, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed letter dated 22.09.2014 to the Registry, wherein he has stated that on the advise of the elders and well-wishers, the petitioner intends to withdraw the civil revision petition.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the said request.
In view of the same, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the civil revision petition, interim order dated 12.04.2010 stands vacated and C.R.P.M.P.No.1412 of 2010 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
