ORDER The present writ petition is filed against the impugned order dated 30.03.2015 passed on I.A.No.VI in O.S.No.92/2014 on the file of III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Davangere.
2. The learned counsel for respondent no.4 has filed a memo dated 09.04.2019 stating that O.S.No.92/2014 was decreed in part on 13.02.2019. The memo is placed on record.
