Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of the counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Upper Civil Judge (Junior Division) Garvi, Allahabad (Respondent No. 1) to decide the Civil Suit Original Suit No. 399 of 2017 (Smt. Gangajali and Another Vs. Ashok Kumar Yadav and Others), which is pending.
Having heard the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Upper Civil Judge (Junior Division) Garvi, Allahabad (Respondent No. 1) to decide the Civil Suit O.S. No. 399 of 2017 (Smt. Gangajali and Another Vs. Ashok Kumar Yadav and Others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
