As per order dated 15.12.2018, three weeks time was granted to the appellant to comply with office objections. Further, it was ordered that if the office objections are not complied with, within such period, the appeal shall be listed for dismissal.
Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant has not appeared and no steps have been taken for compliance of office objections. Hence, in view of the order dated 15.12.2018, this appeal stands dismissed.
