Petitioner has approached the first respondent for obtaining purchase certificate. This case is registered as S.M.No.2205 of 2014. Petitioner approached this Court for expeditious disposal of this application. Petitioner submits that all formalities have been complied in the matter and delay involved in issuing purchase certificate is illegal.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to finalise the proceedings in S.M.No.2205 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
