Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A and perused the record.
By means of the present 482 Cr.P.C. application, the applicant is assailing the order dated 29.1.2019 passed by 8th Additional Sessions Judge, in Special Trial No.05/2016 (State vs. Birbal & others) under sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act arising out of Case Crime No.238/2015, PS. Dauki, District by which the application of applicant has been rejected in exercise of power under section 319 Cr.P.C.
From a perusal of the case, I find that this 482 Cr.P.C. application is not maintainable and it is accordingly rejected.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the counsel for the applicant after obtaining a photo copy of the same for keeping on the record.
