Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to the Court below namely the Judge, Small Causes Court, Allahabad to decide the Mutation Appeal No. 70 of 1997 (Gangadhar Dubey vs. Shri Krishna Dubey and others) filed under Section 472 of the U.P. Municipalities Act, 1959, within stipulated period.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of claim of the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Court below namely the Judge, Small Causes Court, Allahabad to decide the Mutation Appeal No. 70 of 1997 (Gangadhar Dubey vs. Shri Krishna Dubey and others) filed under Section 472 of the U.P. Municipalities Act, 1959, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
