S.P. Kotia, learned advocate for the applicant submits that the respondent No.2 could not be served through registered A.D. Post as he seems to have changed his address. He has further stated that despite several efforts, he is also not in a position to contact the applicant. Under the circumstances, issue notice to the applicant returnable on 7th May, 2012.
