Heard Mr. P.K.Jani, learned PP and learned APP, for the respondents.
In compliance with the order dated 15.3.2012 with regard to the grievances raised by the petitioner, now FIR is registered and affidavit is filed accordingly.
However, learned advocate for the complainant submitted an affidavit dated 30.3.2012 levelling certain allegations against PSI Mirza, In-charge of investigation. Learned PP, however would like to see that no such incidence happens and to see that investigation is carried out by officer other than Shri Mirza, P.S.I.
So far as directions contained in penultimate paragraphs of the order dated 15.3.2012, Shri Chitranjan Singh, Director General of Police, Gujarat State, has filed detailed affidavit about steps so far taken and to be taken with regard to the subject matter of this petition. To continue with steps to be taken by the authorities as stated in the affidavit filed today, for further order the matter is adjourned to 20.4.2012.
