JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel Mr.B.S.Patel stated, on instruction of respondent No.1 who was personally present in the Court, that the amounts required to be deposited in terms of the affidavit-in-reply dated 08.09.2008 of respondent No.2 shall be deposited with the Registry of this Court by a demand draft on or before 20.12.2012. The matter shall be listed for hearing on 24.12.2012.
None of the respondents who are served shall be required to remain personally present on 24.12.2012, if the amount as aforesaid is deposited.
