B.S. Patel, learned Counsel, submitted that he appears for respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 5 and they propose to purge the alleged contempt by the next date of hearing. He submitted that respondent No.4 is presently not in India, according to the instructions received by him. Therefore, issue BAILABLE WARRANT in the sum of Rs.20,000/-

against respondent No.4 so as to ensure presence of the said respondent on the next date of hearing, which is fixed at 11TH DECEMBER, 2012, as suggested by learned Counsel, Mr. Patel.
