(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Learned Advocate Mr. S.M. Shah for the appellant states that he wants to delete respondent No.4 in Letters Patent Appeal No. 404 of 1999. He is permitted to do so during the course of the day.

Registry is directed to list the matters peremptorily on 20th March, 2012. It is made clear that on that day, the matters will not be adjourned on any grounds, whatsoever, at the request of the learned Counsel appearing for the parties either on sick note or leave note or on any other grounds and the matters will be heard peremptorily.
