It is submitted by learned counsel for that applicant that this case is of the year 2010. As on date, there is no instructions in the matter to argue the case as the applicant is not responding him, despite several letters sent by his office to the applicant, therefore, he is not in a position to argue this matter.
In such view of the matter, the present application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
