JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is an application for correction of the order and judgment dated 4.1.2010.
Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in the order dated 4.1.2010, inadvertently, in place of dated '5.7.2007' appeared in para-2 at page 1 and para 5 at page-12, the date of '29.6.2008' be mentioned.
As the errors are typographical, the application is allowed. The order dated 4.1.2010 is corrected accordingly by me with red ink.
Office is directed to make necessary correction in the certified copy of the order dated 4.1.2010, if it is issued.
