Sri H.K. Singh, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not wish to press the writ petition any further. He pointed out that an affidavit sworn by the petitioner alongwith an application for dismissing the petition as not pressed, has also been filed.
The withdrawal application no.2 of 2018 is allowed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
