At the very outset, Mrs. Archana Singh, learned AGA-I submits that in the present matter, the charge-sheet has already been submitted before the competent court for the offence under Sections 406, 506 IPC and so far as the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, it has been expunged, as such, the writ petition itself rendered infructuous.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous in terms of the aforesaid.
