Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial one :-
"(ii). Issue order or direction, directing the Civil Judge (J.D.) City, Jaunpur to decide the 6C application dated 02.07.2018, in case no. 881 of 2018 (Ganga Ram v. Patiraj and Others), under Section 9 CPC, pending before him within stipulated period."
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the decide 6C application dated 02.07.2018, in case no. 881 of 2018 (Ganga Ram v. Patiraj and Others) strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and after giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order.
