The petitioner in the present petition has preferred this petition for the relief of quashing the F.I.R lodged at case crime No.339 of 2009 under section 419, 420, 405, 468, 471 IPC P.S.Malavan Distt Etah.
List and connect this writ petition with writ petition no. 24739 of 2009.
Issue notice to respondent no.3 who may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Learned A.G.A may also file counter affidavit within the aforesaid period. Rejoinder affidavit if any may be filed within two weeks next thereafter. List this matter after expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till next listing or till submission of charge sheet whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioner who is wanted in case crime as aforesaid, shall remain stayed subject of course to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperative for smooth conduct and expeditious culmination of the investigation.
