Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
This Court vide order dated 6 November 1984, an interim order was granted. The petition was dismissed as infructuous on 27 October 2014, thereafter, it was restored to its original file and number on 5 October 2018.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the interim order dated 6 November 1984 was flouted by the opposite party in the month of May 2018 i.e. prior to the date of restoration application.
In view thereof, contempt petition being misconceived, is accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the applicant to take remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
