In this mentioned case only counsel for the respondent appeared. He has filed objection/counter affidavit against substitution application but it is admitted during oral arguments that only legal representatives of deceased/respondent are being substituted. Substitution application no. 212028 of 2014 is allowed. Office is directed to make necessary amendment in memo of appeal accordingly.
