The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 2777 of 2013, expeditiously.
The suit in question has been filed by the petitioners. A perusal of order sheet reveals that the suit is proceeding exparte against the defendants. The court is already fixing regular dates in the matter.
Since the suit is proceeding exparte against the defendants, therefore it is for the plaintiffs to complete their evidence expeditiously so that no delay is caused in disposal of the suit.
Accordingly, no direction is required to be issued at this stage. The petition stands disposed of.
