Petitioner's grievance with regard to correct fixation of his salary can more appropriately be examined by the fourth respondent, at the first instance.
Petitioner, therefore, is permitted to make representation together with a copy of this order before respondent no. 4, who shall get the facts enquired into and would pass necessary orders upon such claim of the petitioner, within two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
In the event appropriate decision is to be taken by some other officer, the fourth respondent shall forward papers to the competent authority, who shall pass appropriate orders, within the aforesaid period.
With the above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
