Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Alok Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 983 of 2012 connected with Original Suit No. 433 of 2016 within a stipulated time frame.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that both the suits were consolidated together on an application filed by respondent no.1.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that on the last date the case was adjourned on the request of the plaintiff.
Having regard to the entire facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide both the suits expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
