Petition called out. None appears for the petitioner.
Office report dated 23.12.2009 indicates that since the petitioner has not taken steps in pursuance of order of this Court dated 30.11.2009, notice could not be issued to opposite party no. 3.
The petitioner is granted one week's further time for taking steps. If steps are taken, notice shall be issued to the opposite party no. 3 as earlier directed by this Court. If steps are not taken within one week from today, the writ petition shall stand automatically dismissed and stay order shall stand automatically vacated.
