An application for extention of time has been filed to deposit the money awarded by the Tribunal as directed by this Court vide order dated 29.8.2003.
We have perused the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof. The application is allowed. One month further time is granted to the appellant to deposit the amount as per award before the authority concerned. The application is finally disposed of.
