Before approaching this Court, the petitioner submitted a representation to the District Magistrate, Prayagraj on 12.10.2020.
Having considered all relevant facts of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition by directing the District Magistrate, Prayagraj to consider and decide the representation said to be submitted by the petitioner on 12.10.2020 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
