All the four respondents are State parties and affidavit-in-reply has already been filed by the Mamlatdar. Learned AGP Ms.Jirga Jhaveri states that she has filed affidavit-in-reply in the office but the same has not been placed on the record of the case. Office is directed to place the affidavit on the record of the case. Learned counsel for the appellant is allowed two weeks' time to file affidavit-in-rejoinder.
