In response of the order dated 1.8.2019, Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions dated 30.8.2019 sent by the Director of Education (Secondary) U.P., Allahabad, appending therewith the decision dated 5.10.2018 passed by the opposite party, whereby in response of the writ court order the representation of the applicant dated 3.11.2017 has already been decided. The instruction is taken on record. Copy of the instruction is given to the applicant.
Consequently, nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
