The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to implement the order of the Hon'ble High Court in a batch of writ petitions No.221/91 etc., dated 30.07.1999 including W.P.No.8521/91 dated 29.9.1999.

The prayer sought for as such cannot be considered by this Court, in view of the fact that orders in this batch of writ petitions were issued on 30.07.1999 and to implement the order of this Court, the writ petitioner cannot file another writ petition. In the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court dated 30.07.1999, the Government order itself was quashed and it is for the writ petitioner to submit proper representation to the competent authorities narrating the facts regarding the quashing of the Government order by the Hon'ble High Court. Contrarily the writ petitioner has chosen to file the present writ petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contended that the writ petition was allowed long back and the Government has implemented the order of this Court and in this circumstances, the ground raised in this writ petition cannot be considered at this length of time and if any grievances still exist, it is open to the writ petitioner to file a fresh representation to the authorities concerned in order to redress his grievances.
With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
