The petitioner had taken three insurance policies numbers of which are given in para 3 of the writ petition. It is submitted that with respect to two other policies the bond has been issued in favour of the petitioner whereas so far as policy no.296748278 dated 23.12.2011 is concerned, the bond is not being issued in spite of various reminders.
The appropriate authority to look into the grievance is respondents No.2 to 5 who are represented by Ms. Shruti Malviya. Respondent No.1 is represented by Sri Arvind Kumar Goswami.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.4 before whom the petitioner may make a representation giving all the details of policy number etc with regard to the issuance of bond and respondent no.4 within one month from the date such application along with certified copy of this order is made will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
